Loki is the 65nm version of the XCPU used in the Xbox 360. It is the successor to Waternooose and has a drastically reduced 41W TDP. As such, the power regulation and thermal solution requirements are significantly reduced. Early on, Loki was called DD3.0, a reference to Waternoose.
