Sully is a FSB PHY test chip used during early development of the CPU. It does not contain the processor cores. It only contains enough to test the FSB.
Details
Sully was used with Mike in order to test the FSB interface. This was done using separate boards interconnected together, as well together on the Randall test card. Little else is known about Sully.
