Kronos is a 65nm GPU and is used on the Tonasket motherboard and Jasper motherboards built in July 2009. It is also used on July 2009 versions of the Jasper motherboard. No significant changes were made. The eDRAM process was shrunk to 65nm. Kronos has proven to be the most reliable version of the GPU.
