These units would be used by game developers to demonstrate builds of games at conventions. Demo Kits did not come with a Sidecar, instead they were packaged with a standard 20GB HDD. They were specifically designed to look like a retail console to not draw attention from the public. All demo kits, regardless of even being Xbox 360 S consoles, had 512MB of ram.

Xenon Motherboard

Although being only production Xenon motherboards, early Xenon Demo Kits could also be seen with a secondary serial barcode sticker that would be commonly found on Beta Hardware. Xenon Demo kits have some variation when it comes to the presence of the V_5P0STBY; some have the header while some do not.

Zephyr Motherboard

Zephyr demo kits come in two variations

Variation 1
White MFR label with Demo Sticker around rear I/O
Variation 2
Black MFR sticker no Demo Sticker around rear I/O

Jasper Motherboard

Came in the same color case as the Xbox 360 Elite Console. Jasper demo kits have been seen with either having full development bootloaders as well as units with Test kit bootloaders.

Trinity Motherboard

Orange MFR label. Test Kit bootloaders. Limited run of Trinity Demo Kits as the Xbox 360 S Development Kit could easily fulfill the role of a Demo kit. This was because of the modularity of the Type 3 Sidecar design.
