Shuttle is a test chip used during early development of the Oban CGPU.

Details

Shuttle was used for testing the following components of Oban:

  • PLL
  • Vgate
  • GDDR3 DLL
  • RNG
  • eDRAM
  • eFUSE
  • 2 Array Types
  • Thermal Diode
  • GPU Shader

Little else is known about Shuttle. Ridge is a similar test chip.
