Mike is a FSB PHY test chip used during early development of the GPU. It does not contain the graphics core or northbridge components of the GPU. It only contains enough to test the FSB.
Details
Mike was used with Sully in order to test the FSB interface. This was done using separate boards interconnected together, as well together on the Randall test card. There is no daughter die on Mike and the pinout is unknown, but appears similar to the Y1 GPU. Little else is known about Mike.
- There does not appear to be an Agile part number for Mike.
