Details
Shiva has 2 dies, covered by a thick Integrated Heat Spreader. The larger die is a PowerPC "GPUL" PowerPC 970FX core, while the smaller die, "Yeti" is an interface between the PowerPC 970FX core and the Waternoose FSB.
