The Waternoose DD1 CPU can be installed onto a final Xenon Fab K (X803600-011) motherboard. A Titan card is required to start the system.
These instructions are not from Microsoft and were created by Octal450 via reverse engineering. (Demo Video)
Install CPU
- Replace DD2 U7D1 with DD1
CPU Strapping
- Remove 100 ohm 0402 R7F4
- Remove 10K ohm 0402 R7R7
- Install 10K ohm 0402 R7F3
- Install 10K ohm 0402 R7R8
Set CPU VID
- Remove 10K ohm 0402 R7T13
- Install 10K ohm 0402 R7T6
Install V_CPUPLL Regulator
- Remove 0 ohm 0805 R5C4
- Remove 0 ohm 0805 R6C1
- Install 0.1uF 6.3V 0402 C6R1
- Install 0 ohm 0805 R5C6
- Install 374 ohm 0402 R6R2
- Install 499 ohm 0402 R6R3
- Install NCP1117STAT3G U6R1
CPU JTAG Header
- Install header J8C1
- Install 10K ohm 0402 R8C3
- Install 10K ohm 0402 R8C4
- Install 10K ohm 0402 R8C5
- Install 10K ohm 0402 R8C6
SMC Strapping

64MB Nand Conversion

Firmware
- Use J-Runner with Extras to write a DD1 compatible nand
- Ensure Titan is running V2.11 or later and switches are set to OFF - OFF - ON - OFF
